Cancellation Policy:

Any reservation canceled within the following times will incur full charges and applicable parking and tolls:
Sedans Vans and SUV: 24 hours ahead of scheduled pickup time.
Armored Vehicles, Luxury Vehicles and reservations outside Mexico City: 48 hours of scheduled pickup time.

No Show Policy:

Waiting Time Policy:

Airport Transfers: Past the 45 minutes grace period an extra hour will be charge in addition to the base fee.
Point to Point Transfers: Past the 15 minutes grace period an extra hour will be charge in addition to the base fee.

Aerial Transportation Service:

VIP Meet and Greet Service:

Any reservation canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur full charges and applicable tolls.

Touring Service:

Any reservation canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur full charges and applicable tolls.

Security Service:

Any reservation canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur full charges and applicable tolls.
